PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, products may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date of your order and you may choose between an exchange of the product or a refund. To accept a return, all products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a return if we discover that the products are not in their original condition, even though their tags may still be intact. The product must also be accompanied by proof of purchase from our official website.
Finally, in the event that the customer chooses a refund and the original order was eligible for free shipping, meaning that the product was shipped free of charge to the customer, the original shipping cost or any other that may arise from returning the product will withheld from the amount refunded.
Issue of credit voucher
In case the products have been returned (after completing the process according to the “Return Policy”), a new code (refund code) will be issued in the form of a voucher that can be used within the 6-month period. By using the coupon, the delivery of the new product is registered as a new order and thus all charges and related descriptions apply according to the “shipping policy”.
Products can be exchanged for any available different size or product type. After the process of such an exchange with any other similar product, the delivery of the latter is registered as a new order and thus all charges and specifications are the same as described in the “Purchasing Policy” section.
Refunds can be expected within 5 working days of the returned goods being received and inspected. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card, PayPal or bank account used to pay for the order. The time required to process the transaction varies by bank and credit card type.

Within the next working day, you will receive an e-mail confirming your request and instructions on how to arrange your return shipment.
Once we receive and accept your return, you will receive an e-mail to confirm the exchange or refund.
In addition, if you already know the size or the new product you want to replace the original one with, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can reserve it for you and immediately help you with the return process.
