The amount you receive in the account must be the exact amount of your order. Bank charges must be borne by the customer / buyer. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the shipping invoice number and a link so you can keep track of the status of your order at the courier used for delivery. Make sure there is someone who will pick it up and sign when delivering your order. If you do not receive your order, it will be refunded after one week. In this case, there will be a refund.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY
If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, the products may be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery of your order and you can choose between exchanging the product or refunding your money. To accept the return, all products must be in excellent condition and in their original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we find that the products are not in their original condition, even though their labels may still be intact. The product must also be accompanied by proof of purchase from our official website.
Finally, if the customer opted for a refund and the original order was eligible for free shipping, which means that the product was shipped without shipping costs to the customer, the initial shipping cost or any other expense that may result from the return of the product will be withheld from the refund.
Issuance of credit voucher
In case the products have been returned (after the completion of the process according to the “Return Policy”), a new code (refund code) will be issued in the form of a coupon that can be used within the period of 6 months. By using the coupon, the delivery of the new product is registered as a new order and thus all charges and related descriptions apply according to the “shipping policy”.
The products can be exchanged with any available different size or type of product. Following the process of such an exchange with any other similar product, the delivery of the latter is registered as a new order and thus all charges and specifications are the same as described in the “Purchasing Policy” section.
Refunds can be expected within 5 working days from the time the returned goods are received and checked. Refunds can only be made to the original credit card, PayPal or bank account used to pay for the order.
